Common questions

Beet couldn't read my label. Use more light, move closer, hold the pack flat and keep the whole ingredients list inside the frame. An unreadable photo never gives you a wrong score; Beet asks you to retake it.

Does Beet use barcodes? No. It reads the ingredients list printed on the pack, so it also works on products that aren't in any database.

How do I cancel? Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends and you won't be charged.

How do I restore a purchase? Profile > Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.

Can I trust a result for my allergy? Use it as a second pair of eyes, not the only one. Always read the packaging yourself.
